Set on the periphery of the small and peaceful village of Tarnava, with excellent and unspoilt front views. The nearby
range of the Bakadjik mountain provides hunting opportunities within walking distance. The village lies 15 km. from the town
of Yambol and 80 km. from the Black Sea. Turkey is also an hour drive south.

Villa Details
The villa is 40 sq. m. as ground surfice (not floor surfice, which is double as per two floors), solid concrete and brick
construction. The villa was designed for short stays only and it hasnt got a bathroom, only an outside toilet, however,
it can be expanded to include more rooms. The future owner will most likely need an inside WC with bathroom and
at the same time they will be able to adjust a few things according to their taste.(We realise this is the only inconvenience
of our property, thats why our price is a good bargain). On the left and on the right side there are only
villas (in a row ). The land just in front of the villa used to be a football pitch but it hasnt been used for years.
The
village itself is small 200 houses (100 of them villas used mainly in sommer) and very peaceful and quiet. The locals are
about 2-300, hardworking and friendly people. Most of the village consists of small family run farms and the local produce
is seasonal and ecologically clean. There are no factories and heavy traffic around so the environment is very clean. There
are one or two shops and pubs but with the town only 15 km. away you have everything there.
My father, who actually built
the villa, has plenty of time now and is willing to help the future owner put everything in place. So they can count on our
hospitality and help with anything here.

The Bulgarian legislation regarding foreign investment in property is the most liberal of the eastern european countries.
A lawyer will help you in order to secure your interests in the title deed. Please note that we are selling the
villa directly and that saves you thousands of Euros which you would normally pay to the estate agencies (and they
are usually two - one here and one near you). So I think this is something to consider.
